Here is a video of the 1st Formula D in Asia segment I produce back then for Hotwire. Video Edited by Enzo Ruidera.

Back in 2008 the first Formula D in Asia was held in Singapore. At that time I was still producing the show Hotwire. I was fortuned enough to be part of the Goodyear Philippines to cover the event together with colleagues Brent Co of autoindustirya.com, Ferman Lao of Top Gear Phil., and Kap Augila of the Philippines Star. It was one of my Favorite events I have covered and been to. I have been always covering drifting here in the Philippines, and still handle the video coverage of the Glade port lateral drift here in the country. To be there and see drifter from the other parts the region was something to see. Not only the drifters are to see but also how they setup there rides. Here you can see a Nissan Cefiro running with a Toyota 2jz engine. Other rides that caught my eyes are a Mazda Rx7, the Toyota Trueno’s, the skylines R32, R33, Nissan Silvia s13, S14, S15s, and a Toyota lift back. We also so this drifter from New Zealand that calls him self MAD MIKE. Now I see him in the turbo channel drifting the Formula D legs in the US. Now we have our very own Filipino drifter David Feliciano. He has been competing for Good year Philippines now since 2008. This weekend Dec 18 to 19, He will be representing us again for ROUND 3 Formula D Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
