One of the biggest attractions in the recently held Manila International Auto Show 2010 was the Land Rover Terrapod Experience. It is a mobile off-road track that can demonstrate the capabilities of the Land Rover vehicles in a similar off road terrain done in a safe and controlled environment. This was displayed in the front lawn of the World Trade Center. The Terrapod setup consisting of steel structures were made into obstacles which were designed and made by experts of the Land Rover Club. The experience through the track was impressive that it truly showed the capabilities of the Land Rover vehicles. There were four obstacles: the walking holes, seesaw, side slope and up and over. Indeed the drivers demonstrated the Land Rover’s anti-stall technology on all exercises without touching the accelerator.
